Former CIA Officer McGovern on Nord Stream, Fighter Jets & the Arrest Warrant for Putin (PART 2)

In the second part of our conversation with former CIA officer Ray McGovern, we talk about Seymour Hersh's story on the Nord Stream sabotage as opposed to the mainstream media's story. We also look at recent developments in Ukraine, including Poland's recent decision to send four MiG-29 fighter jets to Ukraine and the International Criminal Court's recent decision to issue an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin.
